Water, mould and odour removal:

Mould forms because dirt has accumulated on that surface and there is a high moisture level because of the leak. The solution is solve the leak, remove as much moisture as practically possible and deep clean all affected surfaces.

Odours are massively reduced through this process. I release chlorine dioxide and/or ozone to help kill mould spores and reduce the odour further.
